It's a drag, a stone drag!
Lots of things are a drag.
This is 2007 and not 1965.
The Monkees had to age.
The Monkees aren't in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. (Not yet anyway.) I want them to donate some of their clothing so I can touch them.
I still don't know what Peter meant when he said he was the "crass whore". Could someone fill me in?
I have no money.
That Michael Nesmith doesn't get more credit for being awesome.
That The Monkees don't get more credit for being awesome.
My hair isn't as pretty as Peters.
I don't have a time machine.
People have to act like they know EVERYTHING about something, when really they don't know anything.
They wouldn't let the Monkees do a variety show. I think they could have made a good one.
Mike Nesmith isn't in my bed.
"Dear Tv Land and Nick @ Nite, Would you please add the Monkees to your line up? There are a lot of Monkee fans who would be
very happy if you did. Thanks, A Monkees fan."
"Dear Monkees Fan, We appreciate your request for us to play the Monkees,
but unfortunately we here at Tv Land and Nick @ Nite only play shows that noone wants to see,
such as Full House and The Love Boat. Or, shows that you can see on just about any other station at any given time,
such as The Andy Griffith Show and The Cosby Show. We're very sorry. Thanks for watching our stations anyway!"
Critics are a drag. They have no musical talent themselves but feel they are in the postion to put artists down? It's stupid.
